I am going to be going into this buisness.. with short stays.. on a smaller level ... then Hugh Heffners Mansion.. ROFL.. but.. you can get the idea. I am an adult woman.. who is well aware of that the location is important. It also depends on what the spa has to offer.. and how much money you put into it. I have Alot........ of money on its way.. millions.. this resort will be one that people who are rich. and famous want to attend.

I get the idea but I don't think you do. What your asking is like how much do restaurant owners make? Some make a very good living and some go broke. It takes big bucks and a great location to attract the clients with money to be a spa resort owner. it sounds like you are getting into a business that you know little about or what it takes.
