Can I get a second bank loan?
If I have a personal loan with my bank that's payed down to 50% no late payments can I apply for a separate small loan of $1500 for my Small Business and what are my chances with still not so good credit? I really need a little bit of help to expand. What do I need to take to the bank with me? Thanks for reading

that question is best answered by your bank. Banks have differing standards and policies. You could roll your old loan up into your new one.
