From first glance, I like the bamboo background. However, the homepage is really busy. There's a lot of different things going on at once on the home page. Your home page copy is very geared towards the kite surfing store and what IT does. Try to make your copy customer centered. What benefits does your shop offer the customer? What am I going to feel like once I've bought from you? How is my kite surfing experience going to be better if I buy from you? Why should I buy from you and not your competition? Try to answer questions like that in your homepage copy. Use more "you" statements and less "we" statements and really try to get into the mind of your customer. What do they want? Why are you the best place to give it to them. Like I said, I wasn't sure where to go first. You want to find a way to tell guide your customers through your site and tell them exactly where to go and what to do. If you do this the right way, they'll listen to you and you'll make more sales.
