Question
My Walmart account disapeared...?
I signed up for a Walmart card a few months ago. It took me a while, but I finally got it. I bought a computer with it. I payed my first month's bill, and didn't touch the account for a month. When I went to pay the next month's bill, the website didn't recognize my email address. There was no way to sign into an account that didn't exist, so I made a new one, using the same address. Now there's nowhere to pay my bill, no record I ever did on Walmart. I saved the email with the conformation from the last month. I emailed Walmart and they sent me an automated message proving that no one living even read the email. I went to GE money services (who host WM's cards) and they had nothing for me to email them. I guess I'll have to find me a GE bank and go in, or try to call thier customer service. Does anyone know why something like this could happen? I know that Walmart is going to try and give me late fees for this, which I plan to fight. Can someone give me some insight or something as to what happened?

You can pay your bill at Walmart. Did you receive a paper bill in the mail, or only online? If you take your card to Walmart, and ask customer service how much you owe, they might be able to tell you. In any case, they can take your payment there and give you a receipt.
