HELP! What would you call a company like Scott Toilet Paper?

What I mean is a Public Organization would be like municipal government, schools, and universities. A Non-profit organization would be like charities, churches, and what not. I am creating a business plan for a TV commercial Production company, if I wanted dealt with clients like Scott Toilet paper what kind of Organization/Company would it be?
