Where are some good places to advertise realestate without having to go through a company.?

I have 95+ acres, maybe more. Its prime real estate property that is great for developers or investors. Right off interstate I-59 in alabama. Its worth seeing!! I think you would be a fool not to use an agent and get it on the MLS. Developers are not going to be looking anywhere you can advertise yourself, they will be using an agent of their own and traditional methods.
