How to lease out my property for foreign banks?
Hi all, I have a property at India,Chennai,Anna nagar in a prime locality.How to lease out my property for foreign banks/foreign banks guest houses/bank ATM/bank allied institutions. How to contact the concern persons of foreign banks or any agencies.Is there any way out to reach them through mail or through phone ? Wat is the easiest and fastest way to deal this.Please some one help

Go to the estate department in head office of the Bank you have in mind. only personal visit will work. They may avoid if you contact through mail & telephone.

Release suitable ad in local dailies and invite Banks to participate as also Brokers who would bring in the clients of your choice. You will have to pay Brokerage on the transaction at the ruling rate which is negotiable from transaction to transaction in your area. Brokerage is to be paid only on completion of the transaction including registration and payment of Stamp duty and not in advance.

If you can get to do some fancy alterations with nice colors, etc/ May be you should get a quantitative financial expert to do the calculations to get you the lease rates and other charges you (sh)/could charge may be bench marked to the equivalent in a City and location in the Banker's corresponding home country. Be aware that some Luxury Hotel's (from the home Country of these Banker's) funded from these very Banker's charge something like Rs.15000.- per day & book their profits...
