What share of Verizon Wireless's customer service calls are outsourced?
I'm looking for information specifically on what share is outsourced to places like the Philippines, India, and other off-shore locations. If you don't know share of calls, any other data like number of customer service reps off-shore, call center locations off-shore, etc. would all be helpful. Thanks!
