Question
Does this ever happen in the world turning investors into entrepreneurs?
Lets just say I was an investor, and over the past 5-10 years, I'd made £25 million trading options and I decided, "Right, I want to buy out a small retail chain company", and I bought it out for £20 million and took full ownership of it, and over the next, say, 3 years, I grew it into a £250 million company with large profits, and from there, lets just say that I decided I would use the profits to buy out more companies and grew them into more multimillion pound businesses and then decided I would offer a new product range of my own design. Could you become a billionaire if you did this, and would this turn you from an investor into an entrepreneur. Does this ever happen in the business world of investing?

I really doubt that anyone started from zero, made all their money in "options," then made enough profit to buy a $20 million (pound) business. But hey, if your dreaming, don't let me stop you. Yes, billionaires have been made from humble beginnings. I just doubt that any of us without government connections will be able to do this from here on out. Our respective governments have a ton of taxing to do to make up for the trillions gifted to the banksters and other industries (health care). Good luck with your dreams.
