How is a credit card FAKE but VALID? LOL Well, unless he wants to be prosecuted for fraud, I would warn him that it is easy enough to track his IP# straight to his door. Unless he wants to have a face to face meeting with the local sheriff, he would be wise not to try to pull off this hairbrained scam.

Besides the shipping address, the web site also keeps the IP address if the customer. With the IP address, the police can get the name of the customer from the ISP that was using that address at that time.

It's already too late. I'm sure the owner of the card has noticed it's absence and has notified the lender. If you use this card, even on internet purchases, you'll be caught eventually and it's so easy to track you via the internet browser. Is buying a few trinkets and toys worth time in jail for theft, ID theft and fraud? You don't feel right about it...so don't do it. You know what the jail house is full of ? Stupid people.

Its said that 98.7% of people that commit Credit Card Fraud never get caught or charged. The thing is, that people lose MILLIONS of dollars every week from having their card used. The Govt just pays them back, because what it would cost them to investigate the crime would cost about 5 times more. Its not smart, but he probably WOULDNT get caught.. But im in no way saying its right to do this, im just saying he probably WOULDNT get caught.

The odds are 100% that you need to get away from this person and find a better class of friends quickly, or you're going to be dragged down to their level of depraved thinking. I somewhat hope he does it, because he will definitely be caught and perhaps do some jail time for the crime if there is any justice. But, he doesn't sound smart enough to learn from that experience...
