Question about Wal-Mart Site-to-Store?
I recently ordered a computer online through Wal-Mart, and am having it shipped through site-to-store. I ordered a monitor as well separately, but it was all the same order. The computer has arrived at the store and is ready for pick-up, but the monitor is still "being processed". I just found another comparable monitor on sale at another site for much cheaper, and am wondering, is it possible to cancel just the monitor from the order? Or would I have to cancel the entire order? Or is it just too late altogether? I paid already with a credit card. I emailed customer service to ask them, but have yet to get a reply, so figured I'd ask on here, cause I'd really like to know.

I had that happen. I did not cancel the order. I ordered the cheaper item from the other site. When WalMart called my order was in, I stopped at the store and returned the item. Told them I had found it cheaper else where They just credited my charge account for the money. Reason I did this was in case the second order was no longer available or never arrived. It was a Christmas Toy and just did not want to chance not having it.
