Private Equity report.........?

Hello i just joined a tech start up, and am supposed to present to various private equity groups. i have token experience prior to this in the investment management sector, so i'm not very experienced. What are the key things that I should include in my presentation? (DCF? WACC? Ratios?) Would you know of any good resources / samples I can follow? Thank you very much.

Hey, why not just go in there and go "we don't know what the hell we're doing business wise, but we make cool software". Check out this version of tetris we made which maxes out the processes on a bleeding edge PC by running in the browser! Give us money.
