How to purchase a home from owner in Texas?
I am looking at a house in Fort Worth Texas that I want to purchase from the owner, but I would like to know if I need a realtor. Can I purchase this house without a realtor and if yes, how? What do I need The house is 12,000 The land appraises for that amount alone so I am not to concerned about repairs because I can rent it for 400 a month and get my investment back with in two to three years. The taxes are 500 per year. Thank you

All you need is a real estate attorney, you do not need a realtor, don't use one or they will want a commission.
