Does Bank of America offer incentives to their employees for referring new employees?
For instance, when Washington Mutual was around, they offered a cash incentive to their employees when they successfully referred a new recruit to the company. That new employee would have to work for at least 90 days before the referrer received any money, of course. Does Bank of America have a similar program for their retail banking division?

Yes, they have an employee referral program (for recruiting new employees.) You can find out more details by contacting HR. The program is called "Conect" (sic), and a presentation for it is available here www ... Bounties usually depend upon how hard the position is to fill, how long they stay, and business conditions.

Of course. It is part of the industry of banks to get new customers, and therefore more money into their banks. It is normal sales.
