Loan with bad credit in Austin Texas?

I have had very bad luck these last three months. I was working on building my credit rating back up but it took a huge blow these past couple of months. I was doing good paying everything on time, even early at times but since my electricity bills went to $350+ I got late on a lot of my bills and now I can't get a loan to consolidate my debt because of my late pays. Is there anyone out there that can point me in the right direction or even help me? I got caught in those pay day loans and now they are taking up all of my pay check and the cycle continues. I am trying to do a collateral loan but with the late pays I keep getting denied.
