what should i do first?

what should i do first, send of my LLP2 form for incorporating a limited liability partnership, or inform my local HMRC office that the buiness exists? dude youve told me that twice..... this is yahoo answers

Sort out your incorporation first. You've 3 months to let Inland Revenue know that you're up and running. You need your incorporation certificate for opening your bank account so the sooner you have it the better. Good luck with your new business!

You need to incorporate first. Until this is done, there is no legal entity to inform HMRC about.
