Small business in photography - looking for a program to keep track of appointments, clients, etc.?

I'm a photographer looking for a program - free or not - that is easy to use, that handles my client list, sales, and schedule. Something that keeps track of appointments people have booked for shoots, marks attendance and prior sessions, what they've purchased and have on order, etc. Basically, I'm looking for a clean working filing system. I'll take any number of recommendations to websites that offer for download, or to programs I can purchase. Thanks so much!
