Whats the good place to ask for personal loan if someone has bad credit bad has good job?
A friend of mine is unable to secure personal loan to accomplish something because he has bad credit. Meantime, he has good job and should be able to pay off $5000 if get loaned. Do you know anywhere he can go for help besides bank and payday loan? This is in the state of Arkansas.
