Once you have your license in your hand, its a snap to get into an office. Basically, I found that I was interviewing them, instead of them interviewing me. I choose which office I best fit in and then proceeded. For me (when starting out), I wanted an office/company that had a good training program. This is very important, get good training. To answer your question; pick up the phone and call the real estate offices in your area and ask about their training programs and for an appt to meet the broker. If you feel its a good fit, and you believe that the training program has what you need, then hang your license there. Good luck!

You see who is hiring and you apply for their opening, just like any other job, except of course you will have to pay for your desk space, etc.
