Assume you are the manager of a fast food restaurant. What are the outputs of your work unit?

What are the activities required to produce those outputs? What are the inputs? Please help me answer this question from your experience!! Thanks.

The outputs are excellent service and quality food. Put your self in your customer shoes. What are the reasons you to call the XX fast food restaurant your favorite? What do you like there? The food? the attitude? the chairs? the smell? The friendly staff?... From you answers and from your friends answer you will get pretty good conclusions.
