Case Study is a special study of the company on which you want to hieghlight the major areas of business of the company. The study will also bring out the probable targets (achieved) or the efforts made to achieve them. The percentage of success as well as the area covered will show the prospectus of the company in future. This statement will give you an insight to fight the areas against the competitiors. To start with you will take following steps. Step 1.Name of the Company and its location. Step 2. Description of the business which the company is doing in Pakistan. Step 3. Present St atus in regards to the Business showing the last year progress as compared with the monthly targets (100% age of achievement) and the factors responsible for the non-achievement, if any. Step 4. Comparison with the competitors, (for example Levers Brothers) or other company such as Pakistan Tobacco Co.) These are just examples. Step 5. Write down the next year programme which should be as ambitious as the achievement of the last year plus a some percentage to fix an achievement limit. You should then analyze the entire break up of the programme and suggest the ways and means to acheive the targets set out by you in your Case Study. Good Luck
