Does anyone know which company offers cheap flood insurance in Massachusetts?
And is it true that flood insurance companies all offer the same rate? I tried searching for this information on google, but nothing really helps. If anyone knows, I really appreciate your answer. Thanks.

Flood rates are set by FEMA - so there's no "cheaper" unless you talk about different coverages.

Cheap and flood insurance rarely go together. Look into the National Flood Insurance Program.
