Pittsburgh, Pa
Question
When do you think my order will ship?
I just purchased an order for something about 15 minutes ago. I ordered 3 items and they are all very light. When do you think they will ship my order? Would they ship it tonight or maybe tomorrow morning? They operate from 7am to 11pm EST, so I was thinking maybe they'd ship it tonight, but I don't know. Do you think they'd ship them tonight? Also, how long does it normally take for something to ship from West Chester, Ohio to Pittsburgh, PA?

Hello Z: When your order is processed dictates when it will ship. Each order is different. Contact the vendor to find out. Sometimes they have FAQs on shipping, order processing and payments. If you chose a "ground" mode of shipment then it will take longer. This information should also be found on their website, if they have one. If not, call them during business hours in their location to get answers to your questions.

It depends on if the business is using a courier service like UPS,or FEDEX,or if they are using the USPS(which can extend service by 7-10 business days). Just because you order it one day, doesn't mean it ships same-day(some places will do same-day processing, but not shipping),they still have to process, and fill the order, then ship it(which usually takes about a business day or two.) Again, time varies,if you paid for a courier service,it could take anywhere form 3-5,to 7 business days if it was put on the"ground"2-business days if it goes through 2nd day air service,or 1-2 business days if ordered next business day. There are also many other factors such as if that particular courier even services your area, and what times, and aif there are any unforseen delays such as inclement weather at the intended destination,or if a shipment missed a flight/truck,or an incident has occurred. Ten to one,you paid for ground service,so expect to wait a bit. I would also, once you receive the tracking number of your shipment(s)verify what service type/courier was used, and the ETA of your product(s). Just because you are close state-wise,won't make it move any faster. If on the ground,it's handled more, and will be trucked,to it's locations, and see less air travel time than a next business day shipment(ground shipments have the most movement),or a 2nd day air shipment.
