American Express Corporate Card/ Bad Credit?
I'm really worried about this. So any help will be greatly appreciated. I have been given a new assignment and I am required to travel I have to get a corporate card. Does anyone know if MY personal credit will affect me getting a corporate card? I have made all my payments on time for the past year and all my accounts are current but my credit still isn’t that great. I'm worried I'll be declined. And have to explain that to my employer

If the card is going to be paid and controlled by the company and the company is the entity applying for the card your credit should not come into play. The flip side of this is that if they don't pay it won't hurt your credit.

If your credit is not that great, expect to be declined. AmEX is a pretty hard card to attain to begin with. Prepare a speech to give your employer as to why you need an alternative to having this card.
