What is it REALLY like being a Slimming World consultant?

I was thinking about starting my own business and as I would like to help people losing weight and know that Slimming World works I wanted to become a consultant..I know there are franchise start-up costs...How much are they? And there are quite a lot of groups in my area already, is it worthwhile? Being self-employed I will have to work quite a lot but I would like to earn about 150-200 pound a week without having to work 60 hours....Is that achievable? Anyone who can give me a balanced view (preferably someone who really knows about the business!!) Thanks
