Small business owner?
I am recently a licensed Esthetics's, I would like to open a spa or buy one that already in place im not sure how long it will take me to achieve my goals but in the meantime I would like advice on what you need to be a small business owner, what are the procedures, the most important thing's to be successful and Any ting else you can add! Great questions. Buying an existing business is a good idea because you already have existing clients. But always buy on the idea of what you can do to the business to make in grow - think of the future. Building one takes a lot longer but is less costly - unless you can make a deal with the owner to pay for the business over time. This is a time vs money argument. You can always make more money, you can't make more time... The first place to start is a business plan. Then a marketing plan. These two things will help you in what you want to achieve. The small business adminastration offers a free or low cost micro enterprize program (1 night a week 3hrs for 10 weeks) ,when finished you qualify for a loan up to $25,000. also contact SCORE for a mentor to help you. Hope this helps? It will!!!

You can get sba financing with decent credit. www ... www ... As long as you turn in all your paperwork it takes about 2-3 to get money directly deposited into your bank account. There is a fee but it is only paid if you get funded. No money no fee!
