Roommate left suddenly leaving most of her stuff! broke the lease what can I do?

My roommate calling her A my Fiancee and I signed a 1 year lease for a 2 br apt in July. On September 4th she left saying she had a family emergency and didn't know when she'd be back. We said ok whatever take care. four days later she showed up with her mother and a u-haul. She said she had to move out because her Mother couldn't pay her own rent. I had a appointment so I had to go. Upon returning home she was gone some of her things gone clothes etc. We looked for a note or anything nothing. It has been a week since then we haven't heard a word from her period. There are bills due in the next few days and rent on the 5th. she is supposed to pay half of everything. She still has her house key mail key and pool key. There are also 15+ boxes of her stuff in her room a couch microwave and a table. I'm getting ticked off. I'm recording everything that is happening and keeping all bills can anyone tell me what to do next please? Oh I forgot there is a 1500$ early termination fee on our lease which fiancee and I now are responsible for along with A. I'm not paying it. But we cannot afford to lose our home...Please help
