what should i do with my building?
!!!! i have a building with rooms that i rent.. the building is placed in a tourist area.. and i want to do something else with that building... i was thinking of knocking it down and build a small luxury hotel...but i want some more ideas..., i' ve discussed it with my friends but nothing came out.. and with my parents too.. So? what is your opinion??? the building is like that two stories the ground and the first story..the rooms that i rent are in the first story.. and the ground used to be a restaurant that me dad had.....

Knocking it down and building a hotel sounds like a huge investment of time and money. Perhaps the building you have can be renovated..i was thinking in the way of a bed and breakfast...Like a romantic getaway with great meals-comfortable-maybe a nice pool and spa..This way you will be attracting couples rather then rowdy college types that may mess your place up.
