Can any one tell me how can I open a Call center for customer service and other types of Call center, I need to know the equipment, where to find them and how the get some contracts with companies to offer the call center services. Thanks

you have to know who you want to contract through as far as a service goes. your local phone company will have a business department made solely for setting up large scale centers like this.
