when I got fired from Wal-mart in my town?
at Wal-mart in Plymouth for saying something about someone working there, I got a repremand and argued over it and losing my temper and yelled and that made my boss mad (he is a calm person and a nice person) and I was throwing my shoes in the trash. and after a while I said f---- you at him (WHICH GOT ME FIRED AND HIM AND THE CO MANAGER ESCORTED ME OUT) and he got soo mad he shook and his teeth was grinding and he yelled you talk that way to me again and I am going to kick the sh-- out of you and he yelled it angerly and his eyes got big. what could have happened to him (my boss at Wal-mart / current manager) for saying that to me and he told me not to come back to the store and I will get my pay check through the mail. but days later I got call saying I can come back and the co manager pointed out how they are letting me back into the store. HOW CLOSE WAS I TO GETTING BANNED FROM THE STORE AND IF I WAS I WOULD HAVE TRIED TO FIGHT IT THROUGH THE DISTRICT MANAGERS! AND if he did ban me what would he have told the people greeters to do?

You deserved to be fired for acting like that. Gossiping can get you in trouble at the workplace. Also, its your word against theirs, so nothing will come for them. They can ban you from the store, but unless do something serious, they won't persure it legally.

Nothing would happen to your boss because he is no longer your boss since you got fired. Also without something legal, they can't keep you from the store so that is why they said you can come into the store. They would need to go through court and a bunch of other stuff to ban one person.

You both acted in an inappropriate and unprofessional manner Don't know about the labor laws where you are ,but here you both would be subject to dismissal Verbal altercations like that constitute verbal violence You both uttered threats
