I want to add a "credit card pay out" to my site, how do I do this without using a payment processor?

Basically, I want to add a credit card payment option to my website. This will be a membership based website so please keep that in mind. Do I have to open a business account with my local bank then they get me a "web script" that I add to my site so that when my customers pay, that money goes from "their credit card" into my "business account" with my bank? If I have that all wrong, can anyone tell me the correct steps I need to take? I am not looking to use any current payment processor such as paypal or alertpay. Thanks allot, Jeremy
