Can Amazon charge me without asking?

I just overdrafted because Amazon decided to charge my card without a warning. I refunded someone about a week ago and just now I got a receipt in my email stating that Amazon Marketplace Payments just charged my debit card. Are they allowed to just charge stuff to my card without asking me first?

If you are selling thru Amazon then I assume they can charge you accordingly to the payment schedule or when your account pops up into the system.You really need to call and ask them. if they made a mistake then they should be held liable for any overdraft fees.
