Is it safe to sell to Spain and Argentina from my ecommerce website? I use a shopping cart and authorize.net?
I would like to know if is safe to sell to spain and argentina from my us based ecommerce website? I have a PCI compliance shopping cart and payment gateway by authorize.net with SSL. Any one with experience selling to this places?

Spain, and the rest of western Europe is generally considered low risk. Argentina, and most of South America, is considered medium to high risk. FYI, your SSL certificate, Authorize.Net's payment gateway, and PCI Compliance offer no protection against fraud. Also, AVS and CVV do not work on foreign credit card purchases. To prevent fraud from overseas transactions you'll need to use fraud prevention tools (Authnet offers this for an extra fee) and you'll have to do your best to review the details of the purchase to make sure nothing seems out of lace (which is difficult without AVS and CVV).
