Best home builder in AZ?
My husband I are looking to move to Phoenix, AZ. Between the below home builders which are the best and if you live in one of these homes how was the process of your purchase? Was is it pretty smooth ? We are re-locating from Southern CA and would like to have a smooth transition. Thanks so much for your help =) !! Taylor Morrison Richmond American DR Horton Maracay Homes KB Homes Lennar Homes Or any other you can recommend please?

If you want to buy a home that is already built I would just look at the existing home market. If you want to build a house I would not go with ANY of those builders, but would instead use a custom home builder. When you buy with a large builder in a neighborhood you get a cookie cutter home in a cookie cutter neighborhood... JUST LIKE YOUR NEIGHBORS... even so called "custom" builders have you choose from between some models and make small modifications... that is NOT custom. For the same money you could buy a home from a REAL custom builder who will meet with you a design and build a home unique to your family for the same cost as you would have spent in a neighborhood. I work with a custom home builder www ... believe me I know. For thousands of years homes were made this way, and only recently in the US has this cookie cutter suburb / neighborhood model creeped up. I think its ridiculous. If you want your home to be special use a REAL custom home builder.
