Can exactly should I do please?

Will I get fired if I do that? I cannot send suggestions higher that the Regional Manager or I will get fired I have been helping my hotel group for 2 years. I sent them great suggestions in order to improve occupancy & revenue of the group. I am only a hotel clerk(but had managers positions in the past). Most of my suggestions were implemented and I got several thanks from Executive VPOs. My last suggestions were implemented but my Regional Manager warned me by sending me an email claiming that I need to follow the chain of command or I will get fired(copy of email was sent to HR). I did it for the last 7 months and now I get no thanks from my RDO and my suggestions are implemented. They are not giving me any promotion or raise or compensation. I make only $9.50/H and I am not recognized. Actually I think a lot of the Corporate Office hates me because I know better the hotel business & that I am creative.6 months ago my Area Manager asked me to advertise for 3 hotels and I did it. The occupancy of those hotels went from 40% to 80% in a matter of weeks. Despite all that no promotion nothing. What should I do? Contact the CEO? Chairman? But I am scared to get fired. Thanks for your time. PS: the group is close to 6 Billion dollar value. I tried to send my resume to other hotels of the group(different states) but I never get any answer. Almost like I am blacklisted now.
