Small Business Loan Scams
Question
Anyone know where you can find grants/loan programs for small Business that are for real?
I want to start a small home Business, I have some money to start with but I would like to be able to start it with everything I need instead of some of the things I would need. I've been looking for grants or loan programs but they all seem like scams. I really think there has to be something more out there for small Business. Anyone know of anything or have experience with it?

It might be possible to get a loan for some of what you need through a bank or through the Small Business Association, if you have good credit, a solid business plan, and probably some kind of collateral. There aren't grants available.

Almost all cities, towns, provinces, states and countries operate a small business support service which provides information locally to entrepreneurs like yourself. Try with your city or town government and then go up from there. These business centers are staffed with helpful people who will give you the information you need to put together your business plan and access funding. If you were in Canada, the federal government has an excellent system to help entrepreneurs get the information they need to be successful. Best of luck to you and best wishes! David

Start up loans are hard, but depending on your business history and credit history there are companies that can assist you. I would contact Orbit Business Loans; www ... Not only can they help you find your funding but they can assist you with merchants accounts and business planning.
