Call the Tarant County Sherrif's office. You may have to get an eviction order, if so you can do it without a lawyer. You just need prof of ownership. Good luck.

Bill them for the back rent and explain that you *will* be starting eviction proceedings.

Your first error was in closing the purchase while they were still in the premises. NOW, you have 'tenants', whether or not they are rent paying tenants. You will need to bring an eviction action to have them removed.

Are they paying you rent. If they are still there they should be. You should proceed with eviction since you now own the property
