Which CRM system best suits my needs?
I'm trying to decide between SugarCRM and vTiger. My business has three geographical locations each separated by about 45km. There are only 3 staff in each location. We want to use a CRM to manage our customer contacts, but we can't decide between SugerCRM and vTiger. We all need to be able to access and update the CRM software from any location, but it is not necessary to update the system on the go as in out on the road or anything like that. All updates will take place within one of the offices. We would like to use the system to send emails, but also have the option to use MS Outlook if needed (although this criteria could be let slide if the system provided good enough email capabilities). Is there much involved in installing these systems and then maintaining them? How much training is needed to get people familiar with their use? Any help would be appreciated.
