Any marketing experts out there that could give me adivce?

I am giving a seminar, and for this week only we have lowered the price by almost two thirds. I realize that people wait till the last minute to pay but in this case,,I need to get them moving. I am sending everyone a reminder, but what are they waiting for?? Any tips? THANK YOU

It may be too late for this particular seminar but in the future you could try graduated pricing like what airlines do. The price starts low but there's a warning that the price is going up in a week.

They are just being lazy. Not much you can do from your end.. I have been running Kompakia Computers for 3 years now. You just have to wait for the money to come in. Sorry if I didnt answer the question, you werent very clear.

You could have a deadline for signups that ends well in advance of the seminar itself. That way you can know where you stand in regard to attendance weeks or even months before you host the seminar. If the results are less than favorable, extend the signup period.

contact the ones that have paid allow them to bring guests, if you still need to fill the seminar.
