if you going to run your own bar you should definately get a mixology degree so you can offer more than beer, and get a hold of an accountant to take care of the major business matters, there are some good compaies out there that will set u up with a computer system to take care of keeping track of your employes hours and how much they should get paid.

First you need to apply for a liquor license then you need to register with the local municipality and have the building inspected by the fire inspector have electricians come in and have major work looked at then you need to find beer, wine etc distributors who come to your pub to sell you a variety of liquor you need an accounting company to do all payroll and deductions and you need to find out how to advertise. Good luck
