Any thing is possible they say if you put your mind to it. If u completely understand location, accounting(budgeting), and you are a good people person, there is always someone out there that is willing to invest into businesses. Trick is to convince them and make a no lose situation. Try looking around you area and see what buildings, offices have been vacant for a long time. Try to find out who owns them and have a heart to heart talk about a great business venture. Good luck and hope it works out for you.
