Where can I find a house to rent on the Lleyn Peninsula in Wales?

I've been looking on websites for estate agents but they always charge extortionate fees. We found our house in Yorkshire in a local paper with no fees only a deposit. We're wanting to do the same thing again in Wales. We want to be near Aberdaron but would be happy in North wales too. I've tried the estate agents, like I say. I've also tried Gumtree but the only towns they do are Swansea and Cardiff. Do you know of any websites I could find similar to gumtree? Any help would be much appreciated. We're not wanting to spend more than £500 a month, need 2 bedrooms (preferably 3), a garden, and they need to allow dogs. Preferably rural but semi-rural would be good too.
