i just got a job in telemarketing?
my first job ever.. i know its not the best but its better than being broke. well i was just wondering anything i should know and stuff like that. like what is job like and something along those lines if you were a telemarketer before and can give me any tips from your experiene it would be great!

Look at the job impersonally when people hang up on you. Keep the idea in mind that you are doing it to help people reach their goals in life or to improve themselves or their business somehow. Some people feel resistant to change. These are the ones that are hanging up on you or speak rudely to you. Hear them impersonally. There's nothing wrong with you. They have the problem.
