Hey, I know exactly how you feel. I'm 15 and am looking at starting my own business. There are many names you can use such as (your name)'s Jewelry, Jewelry palace, or Jewelry Kings. Something along the lines that tells you about the business although you can have something that doesn't even relate. Another name could be Killa (Killer, pending on what ya fancy) Clothing. It is really up to you, what you need to do is sit down maybe with some friends and think about it for 30 mins - an hour (i know its a long time but its worth it). This should allow you to get a name if you are really passionate about the business and what you are selling. Thats a big problem I have. Because you are 12 it is really hard. One thing you could do is to go to your parents, ask them for some cash. They may be a bit hesitant but tell them you really think the business will work and show them some things you have already done such as research, designs (if you are designing the jewelry and clothing) and maybe a small budget or costs of starting up. You could go around other family too such as uncles, aunts etc. Another way is to do some fundrasing or smaller business ideas such as selling other small cost things around the neighbourhood. Not sure about US laws but as long as you arent making like tens of thousands of dollars in a year its not too much of a problem. Pending on the quality of the clothes and style it is really hard to give an estimate. Anywhere between $10-$20 seems like a good amount though but it really depends on the quality and style. The best way is to go onto other websites that sell clothing and compare against their prices (try to match or beat if you can afford to). Other than that the best ways to get this info is to go to friends and family for advice/help. If you pick my answer as best and comment saying you want to have a chat and I can help you work through some of these problems in more detail as I work through them myself LOL If not good luck anyway
