Which kind of business Entities I should choose?

I am starting my own clothing line , and I would like to know which kind of business entities I should choose: - Sole proprietorship - General partnership - Limited partnership - Corporation - Limited liability company all I want is less hassle to deal with the government , and be protected , and no problems at all , so I can be free and all i have to focus on is my fashion .

Unless you plan to earn in excess of $50,000 in gross income per year, you can choose to protect your personal assets through a regular corporation or if you are providing fashion advice along with the actual manufacturing of clothes, then an limited liability company would suit your needs. if i were you i would invest in something 100% profitable. like websites, you cam create huge website, maybe like yahoo.com if you have budget, or lesser than yahoo depend on the budget.., you will earn lots of money from the ads with 100% completely sure . if you look for partner, iam programmer and designer and maybe we can find sometihng to do together, if you are interested just email me, good luck
