Does walmart money card charge you a (monthly) fee even after the card is empty?

Could someone who has tried the money card tell me how the monthly fee works? Ive already bought and activated 3 cards over the coarse of 3 months. All of them were spent within 2 weeks. Am i gonna be charged some monthly fee?
