What is a reputable web site to create & buy your own design on a tee shirt?
Or, has anyone used the transfers for a printer?

I have used the transfers and didn't find them to be professional quality. There are several sites that you can do your own shirts, one is Zazzle.com and the other is Cafepress.com. You can upload your designs and purchase them from the site. I have used Cafepress and found them to be great quality and they last after many washings.
