How did you not know your balance was $0, and if you deposited $100 where is your deposit slip? Whether it be Wells Fargo or any other bank the fees will not be waived. Start keeping track of your spending so you won't have overdrafts again, doing so is "writing Hot checks" and after so many hot checks you will have a judgement against you have to go to Hot check writing counseling. Not sure what the actual name is, but it is a class you will have to attend for writing hot checks

No, they will not waive the fee because you were not responsible in maintaining your bank records. It was your error and overdraft fees are one of the ways banks make money.

Nope. I'm the king of overdrafts. 3000 in overdraft fees over the years. Yeah nothing that i'm trying to brag about. I'm just bad with money. I've never had one overdraft fee turned over. I've had legit complaints too. They say the only way it will get returned to you if it's do to a bank error.

You over-drafted yourself. Being ignorant of how much is in your account is no excuse. Pay your fee and learn a lesson. This is the real world and one is responsible for their actions

Sorry to say but probably not -- I always say it's worth a try but don't expect anything
