If I add a credit card to my paypal account can I pay for something on Ebay immediatly when I bid on something?

You can pay immediately whether your PayPal account is linked to checking account, debit card, or credit card. If you have multiple payment methods linked to your PayPal account, you can select which one to use when you checkout for a purchase and payment is taken automatically. What mystifies me is why so many people think they have to transfer money to their PayPal account before they buy something (unnecessary).
