a good rental or not?
is $1,100 good for a rental price for a 3 bd, 2 bth house with enclosed florida room and huge inground pool in florida? brand new roof and new central A.C. thanks it's in melbourne and it is a house...big!

It seems like a good rental to me. If there's a pool, then it's definitely a good rental, but it depends on where the house is located at.

Uh yeah that's a good deal.The same house in No.Cal would rent for $3500+ a month easy.

Call around locally and check the going market rate on a comparable property that's really the best way to know.
